Can't sell characters

Hi, I've been playing in this server since 2011, I've donated several times, I have the authenticator active for more than 3 days and still can't sell characters, it says i need to log out of the game. I already logged out and tried again and still appears that I need to log out... Am I doing anything wrong still or just a bug or something ?

Usually when you log out of game, it takes 2-3 minutes to be able to do it. So I think you do everything correct.
