Warmane trading coins

So in the store/trade you can buy characters for a certain amount of coins or points. I understand that you get points after getting 1k achievement points & then you gradually receive them but how do you get coins? Do you buy them and if so how much would approximately 35 coins cost?

EDIT: Coins not points

You can't buy coins directly. The only way to earn them is to sell stuff like items or characters on trading system or receive a gift from friend.
