I didn't level my dk and I can't really remember if I had the item but I guess I didn't. Is there any way to get it? I would really like to transmog my weapon into it.

If it's not on the quartermaster vendor inside of Ebon Hold, then it's likely no.
Nah, the guy that's supposed to sell it Quartermaster Ozorg isn't there so yeah. :(
