[OUTLAND] Faction change from Ally to Horde

Is this not possible or what? I have heard of people faction changing, but I just can't figure out how to do it. I go to account, I go to services, I put in my character, I do all that ****, and it gives me a "An invalid request has been made."

Any advice is appreciated.

at the moment Faction change on TBC is free and it is available ONLY from Horde to Alliance.

they said most likely they will not active from Alliance to Horde

There's a small chance that this will be an available option for coins i think.
