Enhance PvP stat comparison question

So basically I'm planning on getting a pvp enhancement shaman, however I'm not quite sure what items to get since I'm not too sure about which stat setup is the best. Would appreciate if an experienced enha could help me out a little here!

What I'm having are the following stats against each other:

1)
7 agility , 25 ap, 73 crit
vs
65 haste, 5 hit

2)
93 ap, 52 arp, 25 crit
vs
31 agility, 24 resilience, 60 haste

also while I know enhance guides usually recommend atleast 300 haste, I see the r8 enhance on Blackrock using 206 haste atm so I'm not sure how important it really is to get your haste up or if just taking ap into account is the new thing.
basically I could either end up on 96 haste, 161 haste or 221 haste (all without gems).
appreciate any input!

to clarify in case ppl got scared off by the numbers, it's basically comparing RS25hc ring with Marrowgar25hc ring and getting RS25hc boots over Sindra25hc neck. Leaning towards Marrow ring and RS boots but not fully convinced. That would put me at 161 haste without gems btw.
