Help plz cant connect

getting this when i try to launch

already tried running as an administrator

I withdraw my question, the folders were all marked read only, thought i unchecked it but I guess i didn't accept that change

I had the same issue. Solved it by changing it to open it in 'windows xp service pack 3' settings. By using problem solving tool from windows 10.
