How to contact someone that can help with account issues?

I just got back from a long break and am having some account issues. I can log into the game fine, but I can't log into the website because I had 2-factor authentication enabled. When I try to reset it, it says that it will send me an email (and I never get one). Also, when I try to do a password recovery to see if I get that email, I don't get that either. I don't need to reset my password, I was doing it just to see if I did get an email.
