Quests Problems

Hi there. I have quite a big problem. I dont have Q which i never done.
For example : http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10842/vengeful-souls ..
You dont need Chain for this quest and i dont have him there.
Wheres the problem ?

That quest doesn't exist in TBC, maybe you're looking for The Vengeful Harbinger.
