Need help removing my Authentication Code

Hello,

I need help removing my Two factor Authentication Code because my phone has sadly gone missing and I do not have access to my authenticator code.

I have tried to use the request to remove Two factor authentication from my account, the email sent to me has not confirmed this.

I can't log in because it asks this; "We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access. In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app."

My account has been locked so I cannot log in without the Authentication bar code which has been lost along with my phone. I have a new phone now so if any moderator or admin could help me remove the Two factor Authentication code from my account I would be greatly happy, I haven't played WoW in a while now and would like to get back into the game.

I have contacted them but the last response I got was 1 day ago and that was asking for some account information. Just hope they have seen my reply about the account info :(

Don't worry. If you sent them the info they will surely reply.

Well, almost a week later and I still can't get into my account :/

I have talked to someone from [email protected] but they have not resolved it.

I don't know what to do now... I've tried the retrieval page to remove the 2-factor authentication several times but it's not working for me, and my account is locked but I can't unlock it with the phone app since I've lost my original phone.

How do I get back into my account when the solutions I've tried have not worked? :(
