FPS issues on Wotlk 3.3.5a warmane clien

Hello guys,

I got some problems and I hope anyone of you maybe could help me

I got a 8Gb Radeon 480 grafikcard, Intel pentium 2x 3,5 ghz and 8Gb RAM. The problem that I got is, that my game is lagging if Im in ICC, original WoW runs with constant 120 fps without lags. I dont know the what the problem could be, if Im in Dalaran my game is also running with 120fps but when I Start fighting my game is lagging as hell with 1-10 fps.

I hope anyone of you can help me with my problem
