Lvl 60 proggresive guild

So ive recently thought about creating a lvl 60 proggresive raiding guild on the horde side on the icecrown realm. so I got some few suggestions actually and rules. simple and easy.
- Leveling experience: heirlooms are allowed to use up to lvl 59.
- Gearing: only vanilla gear is allowed.
- Enchanting: only vanilla enchants. (No leg enchants from Leatherworking or Tailoring).
- No boosting in raids or dungeons.
- No harrasments and such.
- Warriors may not spec in titans grip. fury warriors may only use two single 1h weapons.
- Death knights are banned.
- Paladins are allowed.
- Proffesions are allowed to boost up by help by max lvl characters. (it really doesnt matter).
- You can send gold from max lvl characters.
