Icecrown player cap vs Outland player cap.

Hey, i'm new on this server and i'm just curious.

Why is Icecrown currently capped at 12k? are there any plans to increase that cap?
And what is the outland player cap? i'm seeing more than 12k right know.

And since i'm new i might as well say hello, i have been enjoying the servers a lot, seems pretty solid :)

3.3 has far more advanced scripts than 2.4 which hog more resources

Pretty much as Selaya said. A wotlk realm need better servers to run then a tbc realm, because there is more to script and it is a bigger world.
