2 hours for down sindragosa and crash instant , we have no Frost money , no loot and no achiv !!

when serveur come back we reloog but serveur has rollback and sindragosa is not here !!
i have send report In game but ur Game master send me a copy / past and say me he cant do anything .
Please i know u can do reset boss link achiv and frost please make ur job we are a new french Guild 200 members we need achiv and loot for nostuff !! check record please check name et make something please thank you .
