about the linglong software

hello manager:
I am a chinese guy who loves WOW so much. as u know we must use some VPN softwares to connet game out of mainland of china or we have to stand the lag or disconnection. linglong sofrware is the best one in china, which is the most expensive of course. we find it strange that most of accounts using linglong software will be banned, however we are definitly obey the rules and we can promise that we won't cheat from the past to the future. i wanna begging u warmane managers to find out the problem and fix this,thank u so much!
