Lower level BG's

Hello all. Just started playing here after a few years off and play on Burning Crusade 7x. BG's are where I would always get my entertainment. Ive noticed that the 20-29 BG''s are pretty non existent. Is low to mid level PvP just not popular? Is most of the action at 70? Was hoping for some casual BG action. Thanks

Since you level up so fast low level bgs are non existent. There is action at 70 and world pvp once you hit outlands.
