Issues with retrieve account and account support

I currently can't retrieve my account password. Trying to change the password pushes me to a white page that only says " {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}"

Also, my account was hacked and I can't get back into it. The account that was hacked is a donor account, but I can't make a ticket to help get it back. The only ticket option I have on this account is to contest a Ban, and because there's no ban on this account I can't submit the ticket.

I emailed the info support email, but its really frustrating to have the two main ways of getting an account back fail. An ingame GM referred me to both of these options and they're totally unworkable

if you've sent an email to [email protected] there's nothing more you can do but wait for a reply.

Fair enough, but these tools should still work. The recaptcha failure seems to have been an issue for several months and I don't understand why its broken for that page specifically. I tried it on three different browsers with no addons and had no dice.

I just don't understand the ticket issue. They recommended I submit on there on the forums and in ingame mail, but the ticket doesn't even exist.
