Account "suspended" wrongfully

The website tells me my account has been suspended for 3 weeks due to "advertising," yet I can log into my account on the game client...

Also, I just bought a mage from the coin marketplace a few days ago and yesterday i logged in to the website to see a warning saying my account is suspended for 3 weeks, and I cant use the marketplace to buy items or donate for coins... I'm not sure why my account is suspended, and if it is suspended why am i able to log into the client? I'm assuming this is some sort of glitch or bug, but it wont go away and it's been a day now.

I don't advertise anything on any of my characters so the only conclusion i can come to is that the character i just bought may have been previously used to advertise something before I bought it, and it's just now getting suspended for it, or like i said its just a bug/glitch in the system.

Either way i want to buy stuff on the website and i cant because my account is supposedly suspended wrongfully and i want to know how i can get it unsuspended or if someone can fix the glitch.

its 100% VPN connect problem.
your account ban for coins thief, your account ban for advertising,

last time it show my account ban for 12 years due to coins thief. lol is not joke. that anti VPN is funny.

just send email to GM. will clear it. but it will happen again if u still play game with VPN.

That makes sense. I use a VPN when i browse the internet but purposely turn it off before logging on to game client. I guess I forgot to turn it off one time and they thought i was trying to access server through a vpn.
