Are you referring to Neltharion? There aren't any other Cataclysm realms, so if it is on that realm, then yes it is stuck there.
What about merging Lordaeron and Icecrown or letting me transfer over to Icecrown?
At low population times, there's only about 400 people playing, no talk on global, very sad.
