Cant see anyone icecrown Citadel

hello i have facing problme with my this alt
Why i cant see my raid members when Enter icecrown Citadel Area ?
when i out icc intence.
plz solve this problem.

You're probably saved with a different id than your raid members.

I think he means he cannot see anyone OUTSIDE of Icecrown Citadel. (If it's not, stack already answered your question)

Certain Icecrown areas are instanced, if you have done quests in Icecrown, then certain areas might be instanced for you while they're not for others and it could be the other way around if you have never quested there. I know this is annoying but it's the way game mechanics work.
