How to Gain 1000 Ach Point in outlan Server to start gain daily coin Points???

My friends told me this server i am thinking to start but i look at it i will play only in outland TBC server and game says u need min 1000 ach point to start gain coin points daily. how can i make 1000 ach point in game in TBC ( outland ) server . Do i need to open in WOTLK server First or what?

TBC has no Achievement system, and anyways, there is no point store in tbc server.

but there is store items in outland tab.

There is a difference between COINS and POINTS. There is no POINT STORE on Outland.
