I am looking for info about how does enchant weapon-spellsurge work on 2.4.3 patch.
I dont have spare 1500 gold so I cant test it out on Outland.
Does it proc from heals?
Is internal cooldown 30s?
Is proc 15% or 3%?
Does it stack with multiple spellsurges in group?
