on my character "Maths" on the Icecrown WotLK server I accidentally bought the 264 version of the Santified Lightsworn (RET) Helmet for 22 coins, when I meant to buy the heroic version 277 of the helmet for 23! Could you guys please refund this item so I can get the correct one! Thank you in advance
go to your my account page and open a ticket. as long as it's reported within 24 hours of purchase you'll be fine.
Skuddy, I was told to stay logged out while they refunded me, which was around 12 hours ago and it still hasn't been refunded D: Do you know if playing on the TBC server will mess with this at all?

You have 24 hours to open the ticket declaring a misbuy. If you did that, you're safe, even if Support takes longer to complete the process.
