Is SM not available for purchase on the store for icecrown anymore or am i doing something wrong?

It's definitely still there. Make sure you're looking at the correct server, as well as that you've selected to buy with coins, and not points.

Also, doesnt choosing the correct class that can use it make it show up? In other words it wont show up if you are using a caster class to search for it.
