What happened to the economy?

Primal Air was like 20g, now it's 40g. Drops got nerfed?

When cloud spawns are 3-5 min, the price drops alot.

There have been many server restarts lately, that resets the clouds back to 12 min+
Thats why the primal airs increases in price too.
