Help !!! account banned

Hi
i tried to make a ticket in my account settings but it was not possible.
This ban must be some misstake, i havent played for about a week and when i try to login today my account is banned

I have no ide why my account has been banned but i do know i havent done anything wrong.
Can someone pls help me with this

Is there anyone who knows how i can come in contact with the right people?

1. Remove account name from first post. It is not safe at all.
