Gas Clouds

Clouds are not spawning at all...Are they bugged?

just an ordinary gas cloud...

What you talking about? They spawn a lot, and when ever i fly arround in outland (the region) i find many yellow dots on the map.
Maybe get the engineering head piece that shows you the locations of gas clouds ;)
