Game wont start

Hey !
So my friend and i wanted to play WoW TBC, we both downloaded the game and mine worked fine but his didnt, he opens the wow.exe and nothing happens, he tried to download again and he stills dont open, any solution ?
I would apreciatte a quick answer thank you !!

Try running it as an administrator and double check that his firewall is not disable the client from opening up
