Character deleted from account when posting in store

I have opened a ticket, but its taking forever to get a response. I tried posting my lvl 70 Undead Rogue (Zewsy) to the store last night and it has been deleted from my account, and not posted to the store. I got a message saying the website was experience difficulties and to try again later, but thats it. Its been over 17 hours since this was done. I can't find any information about this happening to anyone else so I'm really starting to panic. The character is not listed ANYWHERE on my account now.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Is there a way to ACTUALLY get a hold of a GM?
Is there any hope for me?

It can take upto 24 hours for characters to post in the trade system. When you do post them on trade, they are removed from your account for the duration of the sale period, when that ends the character is restored on your account if it didn't sell.

Only a couple hours away from that 24 hour mark. I really do hope you are right, and their store is just running really slow.

I understand the frustration dude, I've posted 3-4 toons on trade and bought at least 3. I can't recall the time frames on the transaction but when all was said and done, it worked out how it was designed to.

Naw you've put my worries to rest for the most part. I was really stressing.

Its been a few days since I posted my character to the store and its still missing.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I find it frustrating that my character can just disappear like this. I would of never even tried using the store if I knew there was a chance for my character to be stuck in cyber limbo this long.
