Finding them isn't really hard there are numerous ways, here are some sites with full lists:

For specific addons, you can visit https://www.wowace.com/addons?filter...ort=popularity or https://wow.curseforge.com/addons?fi...ort=popularity and find the addon you're wanting, look for any version that is listed as from one of the TBC patches, 2.4.3 for example. Some addons that are listed under 3.0.3 will still work with the current version of TBC we are on.
