[Faction change bugged] GM assistance required...

Hello!

So, I've changed my faction on one of my characters a couple of days ago, and it was buggy. After the faction change, I realise, that one of the weapons I've had on it (which happens to be a prideful 550 iLvL agility staff, with an enchantment on it), is bugged and can no longer be equipped.

So I create a ticket, wait a day, get a response "Post on bugtracker". So I create a new one, wait a day, get a response "I cant do anything, post on bugtracker". And now I have a problem.

You see, I PAID for the service of Faction change, which includes rerolling my gear to it's other faction counterpart. And the thing is, when you pay for a service, you kind of expect a certain degree of professionalism from the other party, so the deal can be properly concluded.

But I didn't get any.

Please Warmane, stop bulls*ing me that there's nothing you can do about it, cause I know you can. You just can't be arsed.

Here's what you can do:

1. Give me 2 free faction change rerolls so I can reroll back and forth, and see if the issue persists.

2. Spawn me a new weapon of the same kind, and a new enchantment of the same kind, on the ally side, and we're good.

3. Give me the conquest points and the gold to cover up the weapon. (though I'd really avoid this, cause I havent got enough conquest earned this season to be able to buy the staff back straight away)

Please, stop making excuses, and do one of these things. I've posted the bug on the bugtracker, but it's really not going to help. This isn't about a bug. This is about our deal going wrong because one of the parties doesn't fulfill its' role.

I've been stuck here for 4 days now not being able to play the specialisation I chose to play, and I hope this gets fixed asap.

That happen to me too, had to resort to t morphing whereas 30% of the time it lets me use my weps again.

Like what..? I've created a ticket, 0 help, I've posted on bugtracker, 0 help. What else can I do?

Seems like posting on the forums is the only way to get their attention, or perhaps not even this. But I'm willing to try.

Many ppl faced single buggs that occured just for them not whole realm (like myself) the only way is to submit on bugtracker and wait them to fix it for u maybe after some months!! Posting on forums or opening ticker never helped anyone nither helps u!

This is only if you get lucky with T-morphing while using something that changes your appearance while in a BG. Like using the Ordos thing to turn into a red taruen while T-Morph is active. 45% of the time it will think you are the opposite faction when you morph into your opposite faction while running around with Ordos buff.

It works for some, but not for everyone, if it does work for you, don't remove your weapon or else it will do the same again.
