How can we get discount code for Tradeshop?

As in the title.

Usually players recieve a discount code on 1 January and it is NOT usable on Tradeshop, only Store

I got mine on both accounts around Dec/Jan. Like skull said its used only for store not trade. I'm assuming once a year at the beginning.
