Character Retrieval

I never been logged in for the past 800+ days, and I tried to login my account in warmane site and I saw it was banned because of advertising(I don't even know what should I advertize). I emailed at [email protected] to unbanned my account and luckily I got my account back. But my characters are gone, here is the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/0Zrq4i0.png.

Any warmane staff that could help me recover my characters?

If you suggestion to email at [email protected], I already tried after unbanning my account but no luck still no reply for 2 days already.

I hope someone can assist me and retrieve my characters.

do you remeber Molten down?
When all character went lost?

Did you use next bonuses for some characters on Frostwolf ?

Yes, I was there when Molten was down and changed to Warmane. I'm retrieving the characters that I have created and geared after that server crashed.

1. Frostwolf
2. Sargeras

Most likely you have created your characters on Sargares, that is why you have 0 Characters on Frostwolf
Sargeras got closed and players had the chance to move their character for FREE to Frostwolf. But that chance ended

Already 2 days pass but no reply from [email protected]. That's why I post here so I can get answers, and retrieved my characters.
