worgen starting area problem

So yesterday i decided to make an alt allience character and make a worgen druid now theres a problem the quest [The Battle For Gilneas City] doesnt seem to work right and i know making a ticket for it in the bugtracker wont help atm. im just looking for a quick way to move around it since alot of people seem to have done that so my question is how do i get out of the starting area and skipping the quest someone mentioned an NPC but never told me what who or where to find it...

Just talk to the Quest giver againt and choose - skip that quest ;) If NPC isn't bugged you just skip this quest (automatically done).
If quest giver will be bugged just create ticket in game to the GMs to teleport you out to SW.
