Google for 'Rogue Power Bars'. It has everything you need to keep track off as a rogue (rupture, SnD, Adrenaline Rush etc.). Take the one that is outdated (i think 3.3.2 or something like that).
Edit: Oh sorry, i just saw you were searching for a TBC addon. I don't know if Rogue Power Bars works for that expansion.
You can use power auras for this quite easily but I believe quartz and elkano buff bars would work as well.
anyone have a link for a working version of power auras with this client? i'm having a hell of a time finding one.
