Login, Registration and Password Retrieval problems

1. I changed the password on one of my accounts from inside the web account. I can login ingame with it but I cant login on the website with the password.
2. I cant reset the password, the captcha doesn't show up on the password reset page on any of the browsers - yet it denies submission because there is no captcha.
3. I registered and verified a new account. Cant login neither ingame nor at website with it. All my other accounts that I haven't touched are working fine, so it cant be that I was blocked for too many attempts to login or something.

Pls Help!

it is weird that you can log-in in game but not on website, usually it is the opposite.
Contact [email protected] if you wanna change password but you are not abel to do it via retrieve page
