Medivh > Outland (transfer?)

Is there any possibility of make it happen as coin shop feature? Technically I think its easy and fair (like Outland > Medivh transfer could be very unfair due to cash shop and s2)

I just wanted to level on x1 but in same time outland more fits to me and what i want from the game + i think im not alone and its good way donate to server for ppl who dont want use cash shop and want obtain stuff by selves.

beg you guys i want play warmane :( but dont want lose my progress from medivh

Transfers are there to balance the population.
Chances are low that transfers from a low populated realm like Medivh to a high populated realm like Outland will ever be available unless they wanna merge both realms.
