Why nobody is talking on world's chat?

Hi guys, I begin on the server and it looks under populated than stats
Morevover, do you use world chat? :)

Another question ( sorry haha ^^' ) Why I can't refuse a quest when I click on a NPC?

there's 1276 on right now.

I'm from a 1k2 ppl server and the world what was always filled, that's why I am surprised!

Hey mate!

Are you sure you are in the right chat? The correct chat here is called "global" not world. global is typically very active at all times, so I think you may be in the wrong chat!
