I'm assuming you are looking for 3.3.5 versions of this AddOns.
Since the UI shown is a TukUI/ElvUI edit, it should be ElvUI's deafult nameplates.
The Cooldown and Buff Tracker are part of that UI aswell.
You can easily recreate the Nameplates with TidyPlates + TidyPlatesThreatPlates and the Buff/CD-Tracking with WeakAuras
