AutoHotkey Legality on Warmane

Hello there, first time poster. Long time player.

As I grind on my warrior I spam Heroic Strike like it's going out of fashion.
I've seen a similar post 2 years ago with someone with a similar issue:

However, times change. Servers change.
The example shown in the above post, would you still class that as legal use or not?

(For those lazy to go to that thread: I wanna just hold down 'Q' to Heroic Strike during my CDs instead of abusing my Q key.)
