Ticket Status "Awaiting Staff"

Hey guys,

I have written a ticket and the status is "awaiting staff" for now more then 1 day ? What did it means ? A friend of me also have the same status for now 4 days.

I know the GMs haves a lot of work. So thats is no flame only a question.

it means what it says. you ticket is waiting for a staff to look at it.

But thats every ticket :)

there's 30000 people online, god knows how many tickets, and there's like 8 gm's. you'll be waiting a bit.

That wasnt my question. I have asked how long its usualy going to take when it comes to "awaiting staff".
But its okay i found a other thread about this theme. There is a useful answer.
