Kael'thas not dropping Vials of Eternity on Medivh.

We decided to make an extra raiding day so we could progress through Mount Hyjal. It will really suck if we aren't able to do it this week... =/

Please Fix! or at least a response whilst we are still raiding tonight.

We have corrected this issue, thank you for letting us know in quick fashion. We will see what we can do about those vials that you couldn't obtain.

We already killed kael without getting the vial; can we get it retroactively?

can you just write a date like this item to open the hyjal and date bugnuty q and do not you ever want to express it?

This is just sad, you guys make the mistake. We let you guys know, but you wont even simply give us the 100% drop chance item that you guys straight up forgot to put in. Now other guilds already have access to Hyjal, while we are wasting 2.5 raid day and need to hope that the 25 players that will join us for Kael'thas will have the attendance for Hyjal for another week. Very dissapointed.

You mean, we double checked if everything was right and then we proceeded to personally notify the guild so they can properly get all the items just fine and offered manual assistance if the need arises?

Yes, we did. If we say something, we do it. Not everything can be instantaneous.

Warmane's given us a reason for the delay and it should be resolved soon, we lost 1 raid day, but atleast we havent lost the reset. Thanks!
