Banned why?

Hello good day!
Two weeks ago I was banned for '' adversing '' for no reason at all, as I practically do not use global chat and obviously do not advertise against the rules of conduct of the server, so I sent a ticket to the staff and a email, asking why I have been banned etc etc.

The answer I received was >>> 'Smyth

and the penalty has been removed.

Yesterday I was in the middle of a Toc 25 Hc and ...... I was disconnected! I tried to enter again and '' suspended account ''
I went to the site to look and it was the '' Your account has been terminated due to Advertising ''.
Am I not understanding what is happening, banned twice in less than three weeks for no reason at all ?!

Is anyone else going through this?

if your using a vpn, don't. lot of the ips are banned for advertising.

I did not know what VPN was and I went to search, I thought it was some illegal program or something of the genre, and I realized that windows 10 itself comes with VPN settings enabled!
I just turned them off, I hope it solves my problem!
One question, do you have any other VPN configuration that is already pre-installed that I could solve?
And another, disabling this option do I put my computer at risk in any way?
Unfortunately I am a layman in computer science, and I do not want to be banned again for such a silly reason!

Regarding the moderators and the Warmane Stuff, would you kindly remove my ban?

generally you have to search for and set up a vpn, i'm honestly not sure what windows 10 vpn enabled does.

do you by chance live in an area where multiple people share the same ip address? if so could be someone else using the same ip got banned for advertising.

go to https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new select ban appeal under catagories, than see if there's an exisiting ban to appeal in the exisitng bans section, is there is than create an appeal. if not send an email to [email protected] and explain the situation.

I have same problem as you but in other way... i put my character to sell in trade marketplace on Warmane website before about 10-15 hours and now i get banned for Adversting like your post.

Did you simply put your char for sales on the Warmane site or also announced in the game that it sold the char in the warmane trade system with the specifications and values?
Because I also have a char selling on the site and announced in the game, with the correct and correct specifications and informing that it was via Trade Warmane System (According to the code of conduct of the server, located in the Warmane forum and that deals with the subject baniments and their specifications)
