Cannot level in DK starting zone

I cannot get quest from Prince Valanar leading to Gothik the Harvester which then starts The Gift that Keeps on Giving. Please help!

Get the mailbox quest (from the house that's near the stables). I remember i encountered this once and that was the solution.

its not working admins pls do something
