Didn't get Shadowmourne

I just logged back on my Paladin, which I hadn't used in a long time and had to find out, that I don't have my Shadowmourne. Right now I'm on the last Quest in the Shadowmourne questchai, where I have to kill the Lich King with the Axe; (The Lich Kings Last Stand). The Quest before that was suspposed to give me the item. Ingame name Amirlintron
I made a GM-ticket (before I knew that I have to post about it in the Forum) and was prompted to ask "Aldtharios" in the Forums.
