doubt name trading is allowed. Makes people reserve names for the wrong reasons.
Could be wrong though.
1. Yes, you can purchase names via character trade (30 coin minimum).
2. I know the person who has the name Dedicated, she no longer plays so you're out of luck there.
3. I'd sell 'Joe' or 'Ben' if you're interested in either of those.
