Banned

Hi, i have a question related to my warmane account. I had a lv80 character named Shukaku on Icecrown 2 years ago, and it disappeard. Also on the website i get the message that i am banned, but i don't know any reason for it. Maybe you can help with some additional info. Thank you anticipated

About your lvl 80 character Ragnaros and Deathwing realms got merged into Icecrown and players had the chance to move their character for free to Icecrown.
I guess you missed that chance.
