No its bugged if you want rep for them make sure to highlight the star in your reputation tab and que up for dungeons its your best bet for now. :)
Well there are daily quests in Vale Of Eternal Blossoms, in Mistfall Village, Setting Sun Garrison and near ruins of Guo-Lai. You get exalted in a few days.
