Drape of the Righteous used to exist, now it doesn't
Hi guys, long time player (over 42 days played time), first time poster.
Couldn't help but ignore the fact any longer, that the item [Drape of the Righteous] is no longer obtainable on Outland server (speaking from Alliance side)

When I first joined this server, this cape was a dime a dozen, 75g each with many for sale, but for 2 months I checked the AH, not a single one has popped up, and the only people I see with the cape are in Arena (Primarily Priests have a hold of this)
I put in an Ingame ticket and was directed to the Forums regarding this issue, so, here I am :)
There are a couple more things I used to see around that don't seem to exist anymore, but this one is the primary. I am also unsure if the Depleted Sword (Crystalforged Sword) is dropping, but I have seen it more recently than the cape at least (over 3 months since seeing a non equipped one). There are other items that I am not sure drop (at least on Alliance side) such as DST, but I am sure it is in a different league to this cape, and that you guys would have your respective reasons regarding BoP items.
Also, I noticed a bug on Void Reaver, where we wiped, and he did not stop targetting players until everyone released and left Tempest Keep (for clarification, we had a dead Warrior who hadn't released, a Shaman ankh'd and was unable to res, Void Reaver not moving, but targetting the warrior still. people who entered the dungeon prior to Warrior releasing and Shaman dying were unable to drink, resurrect, etc.

EDIT: I notice that this cape is apparently BoP in the WoWWikia article, maybe I was thinking of a different BoE cape.
Regardless, my point stands I have a long play time, and no one in my guild and nobody I inspect has this cape, It may not be a bug, I may just be unlucky, but I thought its worth asking. cheers.
