[ANSWERED]Why is PaymentWall involved in every donation option?

I've been dealing with them for 9 hours, when all I wanted to do was give the server 400 dollars.

After everything (giving them my ID which was uncomfortable) they said the issue is resolved while my account is still unable to purchase things.

"Payment system was blocked for you."

use a prepaid option

I can only use the WeChat option, and that is only in small increments.
