Will the pop remain the same? or similar?

I heard from several people that since ICC is out, pop will decrease quite a bit. Is there truth to this?

that's not really something anyone can answer. depends on if new people join, old ones leave, etc.

Pop will probably spike a bit after RS release,if it gets released untested like ToC 25hc or LK 25hc probably more people will leave.
